Help · Envelopes
How do I reprint one envelope, print a subset, or resume after a paper jam?
In the recipient list, ONLY beside a name replaces the selection with that one recipient; any set of checkboxes prints a subset; and when more than one recipient is selected, "Start printing at №" skips the envelopes already printed so a batch continues where a jam stopped it.
Plan: Free on every plan.
Reprint one
Click ONLY beside the recipient and download. The PDF has one page. Your previous selection is replaced, so reselect for the next batch.
Resume after a jam
Keep the same selection, set "Start printing at №" to the number of the first envelope that did not print, and download. The download bar reads "resuming at №12", and the PDF contains the envelopes from that position to the end, in the same order. Changing the selection resets the start to 1.
Print order
Envelopes print in the order you selected them. The preview pages through the batch with the arrows, and PREVIEW LONGEST ADDRESS jumps to the recipient whose address is hardest to fit, which is the one to check before a long run.
Common questions
Can I save a group of recipients for next time?
Not supported. Saved designs save the envelope style and layout, not the recipient selection. Reselect the recipients, or add a Label such as "Holiday cards" to the addresses and filter by it.
Does resuming re-print the fronts and flaps together?
The flap pass is its own download. Resume the fronts, then download the flap PDF for the same batch.
