What is free, what needs Penmark Pro, and what does Pro cost?

Q: Can I switch from monthly to yearly later?

Yes, from Manage in Settings, which opens your billing portal.

Free: one address book of up to 50 addresses, every Avery label format, envelope printing with a small Penmark line, spreadsheet, contacts and paste import, and one address request at a time. Penmark Pro, $1.99 a month or $15 a year, adds unlimited addresses and books, sharing, photo and document import, unlimited requests, every ornament and ink, and clean envelopes.

Plan: Both Pro plans include exactly the same features. Prices are in US dollars. Tax may be added at checkout where required.

Pro follows the book owner

Pro is a property of the book's owner. A person invited to a Pro owner's book gets Pro features in that book without paying; a Pro subscriber invited to a free owner's book does not unlock anything there.

When a Pro plan ends

Nothing is deleted and nothing becomes read-only for viewing or printing: you keep viewing, searching and printing everything already in your account, labels and envelopes included (the Penmark line returns on envelopes). What stops is the Pro-only expansion: adding addresses beyond the free cap, creating more books, inviting or keeping members, Pro imports and Pro decorations. Saved Pro choices stay saved and come back with Pro.

Common questions

Is there a family plan?

Sharing is the family plan: one Pro owner invites the family as admins or viewers, and everyone works from the same book.

Can I switch from monthly to yearly later?

Is there a trial?

Penmark does not have a time-limited trial. You can use the Free plan for as long as you like, with full label and envelope printing, and upgrade when the limits matter.
