Which Avery label sizes does Penmark support?

6 Avery sheet layouts: 5160, 5161, 5162, 5163, 5164 for mailing and shipping labels, and 5167 for return-address labels (80 per sheet). Store-brand sheets marked compatible with these numbers print the same way. All are US Letter sheets and all are free.

5160 and 8160 share a layout (laser and inkjet stock). 5160 is verified against physical sheets; the other layouts were checked against Avery's blank templates.

Printing a sheet

On the Print tab choose Mailing labels or Return labels, pick the format, select recipients (or enter the sender for return labels), and download. Leave "Show label outlines (for alignment testing)" off for the real sheet; turn it on only for a plain-paper test you hold over the labels. Print on US Letter at 100% or "Actual size", never "Fit to page": unlike envelopes, a label sheet is a Letter page that must not be scaled. Printing always starts at the first label; starting on a partly used sheet is not supported.

Common questions

Are A4 label sheets supported?

No. The layouts are the US Letter Avery sheets listed above.

What about 5195, 8195 or other small labels?

Not supported. The smallest layout is 5167, the return-address sheet.

Do store brands work?

Sheets that say "compatible with Avery 5160" (or another number above) use the same grid and print the same way. Run a plain-paper test first.
