Penmark is an online address book for the people you actually mail: one list the whole family keeps current, printed as Avery label sheets or directly onto envelopes, for holiday cards, weddings, graduations, and every invitation in between.
Type them in, import a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) or a contacts file (.vcf), or paste a messy list and let Penmark read out the addresses (five scans a day on the free plan). Penmark Pro also reads Word documents, PDFs and photos, including a photo taken on your phone through a QR code. Every import is reviewed before anything is saved, and an address already in the book is updated rather than duplicated.
Send one link or QR code by text, email or a group chat. Friends and family type their own mailing address without creating an account, and responses wait in a review inbox; nothing enters your book until you accept it. The free plan runs one request at a time with up to 25 responses. Pro adds unlimited requests and personalized links that ask a contact to confirm the address you already have.
Invite family or helpers as admins or viewers so everyone works from the same list (Penmark Pro). Admins add and import addresses and run requests; viewers can view and print.
Choose recipients and download a print-ready PDF for Avery 5160 (and 8160), 5161, 5162, 5163 and 5164 address and shipping sheets, or return-address labels on Avery 5167, with a live preview of each label. Every label format is included on the free plan.
Print names and addresses straight onto envelopes, one envelope-sized page per recipient, in thirteen standard sizes (A2, A6, A7, A8, A9, A10, No. 9, No. 10, 6 3/4, DL, C6, C5, C4) or any custom size from 3 to 15 inches a side. Pick one of nine styles, put the return address in the front upper-left corner or on the back flap, and preview every recipient. A one-envelope setup page teaches Penmark how your printer loads envelopes and remembers it, with alignment nudges when needed. Envelope printing is free for single envelopes and whole batches; free envelopes carry a small "Printed with Penmark" line in the bottom-left corner, and Pro prints them clean.
Free for one address book of up to 50 addresses, with spreadsheet (CSV) and contacts-file import and full label printing. Penmark Pro, the paid plan with shared books, unlimited addresses, Smart Import from photos and documents, every ornament and ink color, and clean envelopes, is $1.99 USD per month or $15 USD per year (the best value: $1.25 a month, billed yearly).
